Essential Qualifications: 

The following qualifications are essential for success in this role:

  • Passion for creating exceptional bakery experiences, ensuring fresh and delightful displays for our customers.  
  • Familiarity with baked goods, ingredients, and baking processes for informed customer interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with bakery associates, bakers, and management.
  • Strong verbal communication for effective customer engagement and order assistance.
  • Flexible in a fast-paced bakery department, handling varied tasks and duties.
  • Precise handling, packaging, and order accuracy to maintain an appealing display.
  • Proficient in transaction processing, cash handling, and POS systems.
  • Adherence to food safety standards and maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred.  
  • Proficient in English, with additional proficiency in Spanish considered a valuable asset.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that company does not provide).
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
